Description
Also called "rough rattlesnake root" as it was used to treat snakebites at one time. Rough white lettuce is typically found growing on high quality prairies, though it also grows in glades, open rocky woods, savannas, and along roadsides. The sweetly fragrant flowers are pollinated by bumblebees.
